Our first six-hand session! The PlayTronica TouchMe is a fun little gadget that gives you touchy music notes, feels kind of random but actually relevant to the movements. We thought, why not add more randomness with toddler’s hands?
An Ableton Push 3 Standalone and an AshunSoundMachines Hydrasynth Desktop were used. They were all connected through USB connections. Numerous MIDI devices in Push helped to polish the incoming notes from TouchMe, both time-wise and pitch-wise. They were manipulated in real time and created such a fun interactive experience!
